Mason Anthony Holgate (born 22 October 1996) is a professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for EFL Championship side West Bromwich Albion, on loan from Premier League club Everton. Born in England, he represents the Jamaica national team.

Club Career

Holgate began his professional career with Barnsley before transferring to Everton in 2015. Over the years, he has accumulated 137 Premier League appearances. In August 2024, he rejoined West Bromwich Albion on a season-long loan, having previously spent the latter half of the 2018–19 season with the club.

International Career

Eligible to represent both England and Jamaica, Holgate initially played for England’s U21 team. In October 2024, he received his first call-up to the Jamaica national team for CONCACAF Nations League matches. He debuted on 10 October 2024 as a substitute in a 2–0 victory over Nicaragua and earned his first start against Honduras on 14 October 2024.
