Arsenal (2018–2019)
Bailey-Gayle started her senior career with Arsenal, making her professional debut on November 18, 2018, in a 4–0 win against Everton. She made four total appearances for Arsenal before leaving at the end of the 2018–19 season.
Leicester City (2019–2022)
She joined Championship side Leicester City on June 24, 2019. She scored her first senior goal on September 29, 2019, in a home match against Crystal Palace. On February 20, 2020, she scored both goals in a 2–1 FA Cup victory over Reading. She played a key role in Leicester City’s Women’s Championship-winning campaign in 2020–21.
Crystal Palace (2022–2024)
