Tiffany Devonna Cameron (born October 16, 1991, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a professional footballer who plays as a forward for Real Betis in Spain’s Liga F and represents the Jamaica women’s national team. Standing at 1.68 meters tall, Cameron has had an extensive career across various leagues and has represented both Canada and Jamaica at international levels.
Early Life and Education
Born to Jamaican parents Yvonne Brown and Donovan Cameron, Tiffany attended St. Joseph’s Secondary School in Mississauga, Ontario. She showcased her athletic versatility by playing basketball for three years and soccer for one year during her high school tenure. Cameron furthered her education and soccer career at Ohio State University, where she became a standout player for the Ohio State Buckeyes. She left an indelible mark by becoming the program’s all-time leading goal scorer with 40 goals and accumulating 96 career points, the highest in the school’s history. In her senior year in 2012, she set a school record with 21 goals and led the nation with nine game-winning goals.
Club Career
Cameron’s professional journey began with the Toronto Lady Lynx from 2009 to 2011, where she netted nine goals in 22 appearances. In 2013, she joined Seattle Reign FC in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), making seven appearances. Later that year, she had a brief stint with FC Kansas City. Seeking opportunities abroad, Cameron signed with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in Germany’s Bundesliga in 2014, scoring once in seven matches. Her international career continued with clubs like Apollon Limassol in Cyprus, where she scored three goals in as many appearances, and F.C. Ramat HaSharon in Israel, where she had an impressive tally of 35 goals in 23 matches. She also played for Borussia Mönchengladbach and FF USV Jena in Germany, Vittsjö GIK in Sweden, and Stabæk in Norway. From 2020 to 2023, Cameron was with Ferencváros in Hungary before making the move to Real Betis in 2023.
International Career
Cameron initially represented Canada at the U-17 level, participating in the 2008 CONCACAF Women’s U-17 Championship and the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, where she contributed to the team’s advancement to the quarterfinals. She earned six caps with the Canadian senior team in 2013 during the Four Nations Tournament in China. In 2019, capitalizing on her Jamaican heritage, Cameron made the switch to represent the Jamaica women’s national team, the Reggae Girlz. She debuted in a 1–0 friendly victory against Chile on February 28, 2019. Notably, Cameron made history by becoming the first player to represent the Reggae Girlz in three World Cups, having played for Canada at the U-17 level and Jamaica at the senior level.

Beyond her football career, Tiffany Cameron is a music artist and a vitiligo advocate. She holds a B coaching license and was inducted into the Ohio State Hall of Fame, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the university’s soccer program.
