Jamaica's Cavalier FC and Portmore United have been drawn together in Group B of the 2026 CONCACAF Caribbean Cup, alongside Dominican Republic sides Cibao FC and Salcedo FC.
There could yet be a third Jamaican club in the group: if Mount Pleasant Academy win the CFU Club Shield, they would join Cavalier and Portmore United in Group B.
The Caribbean Cup is the region's premier club competition and a pathway toward the CONCACAF Champions Cup, giving Jamaica Premier League clubs a stage against the Caribbean's best.
