Leon Bailey is one of Jamaica's brightest talents — a quick, direct right winger who has plied his trade in the Premier League with Aston Villa.

Aston Villa are one of English football's most historic clubs. Founded in 1874 and based at Villa Park in Birmingham, Villa are former English champions and European Cup winners (1982), and were among the founding members of the Football League.

Bailey made his name at Genk in Belgium before a move to Bayer Leverkusen in 2017, and joined Aston Villa in 2021 in a deal worth around £30 million. A loan spell at Roma followed in 2025-26 before he was recalled to Villa Park. For the Reggae Boyz, his pace and end product make him a key creative threat.
