Club Career
Early Career & Arsenal (2011–2018)
Sampson started her football career at Charlton Athletic before moving to Arsenal’s youth system in 2011. She progressed through the ranks and made her senior debut for Arsenal on October 12, 2014, in a WSL match against Everton. She was part of Arsenal’s FA WSL Cup-winning squad in 2015.
West Ham United (2018–2020)
In 2018, she joined West Ham United and played in their transition into the Women’s Super League (WSL). She made 15 appearances for the club before going on loan to London City Lionesses in 2019, where she played 10 matches and scored one goal.
San Marino Academy & Charlton Athletic (2020–2022)
In 2020, Sampson joined San Marino Academy but did not make an appearance. In January 2021, she moved to Charlton Athletic, playing 15 matches in the FA Women’s Championship.
Heart of Midlothian (2022–2023)
Sampson transferred to Scottish club Heart of Midlothian, where she played 23 matches and scored one goal.
JEF United Chiba (2023–2024) & INAC Kobe Leonessa (2024–Present)
She moved to Japan in 2023, joining JEF United Chiba, where she made six appearances. In 2024, she transferred to INAC Kobe Leonessa, continuing her career in the WE League.
International Career
Sampson played for England at the U-17 and U-19 levels before switching allegiance to Jamaica in 2021. She made her senior debut for Jamaica and has since earned multiple caps, participating in the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup qualifiers.
